Dave Jardine is a full-time REALTOR® with more than 8 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market across Northern Nova Scotia. Since obtaining his real estate license in December 2017, Dave has successfully guided hundreds of clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Known for his approachable nature, attention to detail, honesty, and client-first mindset, Dave has built his reputation on providing straightforward advice, strong communication, and exceptional service. Having entered the real estate industry several years before the unprecedented pandemic-driven market boom, Dave gained valuable experience in a more balanced and traditional market environment. He has worked through changing market cycles, varying interest rate environments, and shifting buyer and seller expectations. As the market continues to normalize, this broad range of experience allows him to provide practical advice, realistic pricing strategies, and strong negotiation skills that are increasingly important in today's market.

Prior to real estate, Dave worked in a variety of industries across Northern Nova Scotia and later served as a Certified Energy Advisor for Natural Resources Canada with Trinity Inspection Services. In that role, he completed thousands of residential energy assessments, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency while gaining valuable insight into home construction, building systems, and property performance—knowledge that continues to benefit his real estate clients today.

Committed to both his clients and his profession, Dave has been actively involved in real estate leadership at the provincial level. He served as Alternate Regional Director for the Northern Region of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® from 2021 to 2022, followed by four consecutive years as Northern Regional Director from 2022 to 2026. He currently serves as the Alternate Regional Director for the 2026–2028 term.

Through his involvement with the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®, Dave has worked with REALTORS® from across the province and nationally to support professional standards, advocate for property owners, and help shape the future of the real estate profession. His participation in conferences, leadership meetings, and advocacy events has provided him with valuable insight into housing trends, public policy, and issues affecting homeowners and communities across Canada.

Outside of real estate, Dave's greatest joy comes from being a husband and father in a blended family of four children. He is also actively involved in his community through youth hockey, having served as an assistant coach, team manager, and team treasurer over the past several years. Family, community, and helping others are values that guide both his personal and professional life.
