Fred became the owner and team leader of Blinkhorn Real Estate Ltd in 2022. The company has earned a solid reputation for many years in providing excellent client service. It has been recognized with a variety of community awards for supporting many non-profit and local charitable organizations and receiving many Chamber of Commerce Awards. The company gives back a percentage of every commission earned to the Pictou County community. Community is important to Fred and everyone at Blinkhorn Real Estate.
Being a selling Broker and an experienced, consistent award-winning real estate agent, Fred's work experiences before becoming a successful REALTOR® included working in accounting, management, and human resources. Those experiences serve as a definite asset when working with Buyers and Sellers.
Fred’s hard work ethic and commitment to client service, along with his kind, compassionate and humble personality, is undoubtedly why he has built an excellent reputation in the real estate industry. Being community-minded, Fred truly cares about and contributes to the volunteer sector as well; a proud Kinsman, Knights of Columbus member, volunteer with the West Side Community Center and is very involved in soccer as a coach. Fred is also a Town Councillor for the West Side, New Glasgow, where he resides, along with his wife and four children.

However, her favourite roles outside of work are being a wife and a Mom of various and sundry rescued cats, both with and without special needs. Her hobbies include gardening, crocheting, reading, exercise and crafting unique items to adorn her yard.
